i enjoyed the breakfast every morning the coffee and orange juice tasted delicious i liked the friendly and helpful staff too i will stay here again for sure
the pool area on the ground floor had many insects i found it impossible to relax there

I found dolley particularly helpful, offering assistance with various requests. She is very efficient! the room was consistently clean, a feature i appreciated. the location suited my needs well, it was close to several amenities. the breakfast selection had ample choices, i liked the fresh fruit options.
The noise from nearby establishments at night was noticeable. It occasionally disrupted my sleep. perhaps better soundproofing could alleviate this issue.

the hotel is near multiple 7/11 stores, i found this quite convenient for buying necessities. accessibility to various services like pharmacies and massage parlors is also very easy. the beach is within walking distance, it is a great feature.

the staff, including dolley and peter, displayed really good service, i found this very commendable. their friendly and helpful attitude contributed positively to my stay. they were attentive to requests and provided quick assistance when needed.

the hotel features a pool on level 1, it offers a nice place to relax. happy hour at the pool bar runs from 2-4pm, i enjoyed it. earplugs are available for free at reception, it's a good service.

the breakfast buffet had A LOT of options. I liked the omelets and the staff kept it well-stocked. The pool area was clean , and i found plenty of loungers available. My room had effective air conditioning , WHICH was important for staying comfortable.
